Excellent service and quick response! Phillips was very responsive and Kyle came out the next day to fix our A/C compressor. Reasonable prices and great service - Kyle was fantastic. We really appreciate it. This is the only HVAC company I'll use going forward. Highly recommend!

We had a major leak with our water heater, I called Phillips and they were able to have a technician at our home in less than 2 hours. Kevin did an excellent job installing the new water heater, explaining the work, costs of the job and the warranty included. I HIGHLY recommend Phillips for any plumbing services, what a great local family owned company here in Rhode Island.

Have used Phillips Plumbing for 9 years now for primary residence and rental property. They have done everything from change out an entire heating system, install and maintain split systems, replace water heaters, fix water main leak, change out mixing valves. Amazing response time. Quality work. In particular Serge is extremely polite and competent. Office staff always delivers.

John Phillips and his team have been taking care of my family and businesses for years. I love how much they care about the customer experience. They are easily accessible, and they have saved me on weekends and in the middle of the night when a tenant is having an issue. Whether it's a new install or a service call, I know when I call them, I will get a local person who answers the phone and will help me with whatever is needed. It's a lost art these days but not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they are good people. The employees and technicians have all been trained very well. Thank you Phillips Plumbing...I appreciate all you continue to do for us. You are the best at what you do and a positive force in our community!

I had Phillips remove an old oil boiler and install a new gas boiler through the RISE energy efficiency incentive program. From start to finish working with Phillips was one of the best contractor experiences I've had. I received a competitive quote AT the job evaluation; the office was easy to get ahold of, and guided me through the entire RISE paperwork process; and the install team was professional, courteous, clean and fast. The final install is really neat and tidy. These guys are truly above and beyond.

They are very flexible and responsive. Their dispatchers are polite, thoughtful, and focused on getting you the help you need. Their staff is honest and communicative. I needed help not just fixing something but understanding how my system worked. They provided the repair and made sure my questions were answered.

I recently purchased a new home, and during the inspection discovered that much of the plumbing in the house needed to be replaced. From the office administration, to the service tech (Chris, thanks again!), to the management team, the folks at Phillips Plumbing have been incredibly helpful. This job turned out to be bigger and more complicated than was expected. Such a scenario could have turned into a nightmare experience for a new homeowner, but the generosity and hard work of Philipps Plumbing made for an outstanding outcome given the circumstances. I can't say enough about these guys, but I'll do my best. I called on a Thursday afternoon about a water heater leak, knowing that it's always a full replacement with those. Less than 24 hours later, the job was complete, they got here on Friday morning and were done by noon. Kevin was personable, explained everything in detail, and gave us his best advice on how to move forward. We settled on a new water heater around 9am and he ordered the part, picked it up, removed the old one, and installed the new one. You can't overlook that type of fast and reliable service. With a 100 year old house, we're so lucky to have a company like Phillips so close. It's been a year of clogged drains, leaky boilers, to name a few. The pricing is up front, fair, and always worth the work they do. We never have to wait long to get someone out here. Thanks to Kevin and the entire team over at Phillips.
